This meeting will consist of six to seven oral sessions plus one poster session. The aim is to populate half of each oral session with speakers from academia and the other half from industry; speakers will be invited as well as selected from submitted abstracts.
This conference aims to enhance the ability of healthcare professionals to provide optimal care for patients with these rare but debilitating disorders, equipping attendees with up-to-date knowledge to improve early diagnosis, implement appropriate management plans, and incorporate emerging therapies into their clinical practice.
This one day-program will address significant clinical problems for which there may be clinical equipoise on available options, or for which current science does not provide solutions based on high-level medical evidence.
Topics for the day include ADHD diagnosis and treatment in adults, adult ADHD guidelines and medication shortage issues, ADHD and depression, ADHD and cannabis use, ADHD and inflammation, and ADHD and learning disorders.
The meeting will begin on the evening of Monday, December 9, 2024, and end after lunch on Thursday, December 12. To maximize interactions amongst participants, this meeting is now IN-PERSON only - no virtual attendance is available. Abstracts should contain new and unpublished material. Selection of material for oral and poster presentations will be made by the organizers and session chairs.
